Returns Policy
Roseate is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products, forthright information about the origin of the materials used, and exceptional customer service. Please let us correct anything that is not right with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged or the wrong size, or if it is not what you expected, please return it within 30 days. Please contact us as soon as practical at concierge@roseatejewelry.com so that we will expect your return and so we can supply you with a return label.
Here are the details of our policy:
Eligibility: There are some rules for returns that we ask to observe. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and returned to us in the original packaging in new, unused condition. Proof of purchase is required for returns. A word about the timing of the 30 days: If you have a special request for a later delivery date, the 30-day return period starts on the date that your order was first available to ship. And if you collect your item from a physical storefront, then the 30-day return begins on the date your order is ready for pick up. After your item is returned to us, our professionals will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, personalized, altered, resized, or damaged after purchase cannot be accepted for return. Please note that unfortunately special orders and final sale items are not eligible for return. If you would like to re-size an item, please note that custom, modified, and engraved rings are subject to a resizing fee. Alterations to orders currently in process void our complimentary resize, return, and exchange policies.
The return process: If you want to return an item please use your return label that we will supply once you alert us about the return by contacting our customer service team at concierge@roseatejewelry.com. We will help you manage the process and answer any questions.
Shipping considerations: To make the return process as easy as possible, we will furnish a return shipping label with your purchase. At the advice of our package insurers, please "double box" your shipment and follow these packaging instructions. Place your item inside its original jewelry box. For your convenience, we recommend using the original packaging from your order. Please place the original box inside a medium protective box suitable to size, and then double box this within a larger box. Please seal it for transit. For security in shipping, please do not write jewelry, diamonds, etc. on the exterior packaging of your returned item. Please be sure to drop your return package off with authorized shipping representatives and obtain a confirmation receipt that the item has duly shipped. This receipt will act as proof of insurance.
If you elect not to use the shipping label we provide, you may ship using any qualified carrier. For your protection, please ship the returned item properly packaged as indicated, fully insured, signature required, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Roseate at the authorized address we will supply through concierge@roseatejewelry.com. Roseate is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Improperly packaged or uninsured items will be refused receipt. If your return lacks a shipping authorization number or if packages are refused delivery, they cannot be accepted for refund and are subject to a restocking charge. Please note that your return shipping authorization remains active for seven days from the date of issue. Please ensure that return packages are shipped during the active time of your return shipping authorization. Please contact us at concierge@roseatejewelry.com to request another return authorization if yours expires.
Refunds: We will issue your refund in the original form of payment, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, and store credit. We’ll process your refund within ten (10) business days from when we receive the returned item. Please note that you should allow one monthly billing cycle for credit card refunds before your account credit appears. Please note that gift cards are non-transferable and we cannot redeem them for cash. Unused portions of the gift card are available for future purchases under the same gift card reference code. Unfortunately, Roseate cannot be responsible for stolen or lost gift cards.
