Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Roseate! We are pleased to offer free standard shipping within the United States.  If you require international delivery, please email us at concierge@roseatejewelry.com and we will work with our global shipping partners to find a solution. Please read the following information that includes details about shipping practice and policies.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  Everything we ship is fully insured. Should you have an issue with damages, please immediately contact concierge@roseate.com so we can work to find a solution. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times for United States addresses may vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping (1-2 business days)

International delivery is generally 7-10 business days (please contact us at concierge@roseatejewelry.com to arrange international shipments).  Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier service disruptions. 

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Please expect a shipping confirmation email from Roseate once your order has shipped including a tracking number for your order.
